Hi, I'm Nanda. IT business analyst who makes change land.
For over 15 years I've worked on IT projects in government, education and business, as a business analyst, data analyst and Scrum Master. I make sure a system doesn't just work technically, but that people can and want to work with it. Without thick reports.

What I work on in IT
Sharpening the question
I find out what is really needed and document it clearly, so that the client, users and developers mean the same thing.
Guiding implementations
From Microsoft Dynamics AX at HSO to more than 10 web applications for government organizations at Kodision and the eHRM implementation at HAN: I walk along from the first wish to go-live.
Helping teams deliver
As Scrum Master I create a calm, predictable rhythm in which a team does what it's good at, and where it's clear what needs to happen first.
Processes and data in order
I describe and improve processes and build data and dashboards around them. More than 150 processes optimized and a new data governance department set up.
Methods and certifications
What I work with and what I'm trained in.
- Scrum (Professional Scrum Master, PSM I)
- Product ownership (PSPO)
- Agile Scrum Foundation
- Lean Belt
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- Business and Information Analysis
- UX Design and Interaction Design
- Visual Design with Figma

Why I do this work
I've always been drawn to the place where people and technology meet. Not the technology itself, but the question that really matters: does this also work for the people who use it every day?
After more than 15 years at organizations such as HAN, Provincie Gelderland, Kodision and HSO, I know how it feels when a system doesn't land. I've seen well-intentioned implementations fail on resistance, lack of clarity or a poor fit with daily practice. And I know what it takes to make it work: not just technically, but also humanly.
I like working together, asking questions, listening well and making sure plans are actually carried out. I think from the user's perspective and reduce complicated things to something workable.
I work for provinces, municipalities, a university of applied sciences, international companies such as Panasonic and Smit Lamnalco and growing technology companies. On site when that adds value, remotely when that fits better. Travelling gives me energy and sharpens my view: everywhere people want the same thing, namely clarity, trust and work that makes sense.
