Processes are meant to make work easier. Yet I regularly see them cause extra work, frustration or confusion. Often processes have grown over the years: exceptions were added, temporary fixes were invented and responsibilities shifted.
I help organisations make their business processes clear, logical and workable again. Together we look at how the work really flows, where it gets stuck and which improvements have the most impact. Not everything at once, but smart choices that make a direct difference for the people who work with them.

From practice
HAN, eHRM
No documented processes and often no owner. I described all processes, designed the desired situation and put together a team of six. In half a year we optimized 140 processes.
